Good afternoon,
It’s a Grand Night for Singing
All I Ask of You
Music of the Night
The Bare Necessities
On a Clear Day
Your Song

Here is a message from Lillian regarding this week’s rehearsal:-
Here’s the plan for Thursday’s rehearsal:
There’s No Business Like Show Business
Why We Sing
The Holy City
VOICING – using Shenandoah – Clear the chairs
A Whole New World
The Bare Necessities
Clare Benediction
Your Song
9:05pm – Wherever You Are (Ladies)
9:20pm – Simon & Garfunkel (Men) – Ladies can leave silently
9:35pm – Dismissal
Voicing is when I will move people around based on timbre of voice quality (which changes dependent upon who you stand next to!) as well as voice part and height.

I also propose that the following songs be memorised for the Summer Concert:-

Looking forward to an interesting rehearsal,
Lillian
Thanks to all of those that came on Saturday evening to the dinner, and I hope you all enjoyed yourselves. From the comments that I have received, I think you certainly enjoyed the food.
Can you please let me know if you are available for the Private Concert Party on the 27th April, at Bitterne URC, if you haven’t already done so.
For the Summer Concert, we will be looking for solos, duets etc, so if you want to try your hand, either let Lillian or myself know.
Well, that’s all for now.
See some of you this afternoon, and the rest of you on Thursday.
Bye for now.
Eric
