Thanks for those who have let me know already that you are unable to make this weeks outside rehearsal.  

A reminder to those who have not done so yet.  So if you are on the list I sent out last week and you cannot attend could you let me know and if you are not on the list and would like to attend please let me know.

I noticed that there were some people who did not have the music for ‘Memories’ and thank you to Sarah and Natalie for printing some copies.  We have been  practising this on zoom and I sent out the details for printing off copies in original emails.   The onedrive is on the members page in current music or you can follow the link below.  The pdf is there to print off.  If you are unable to print then let me know and we will get one printed off for you

Hope everyone is well and enjoying the football ⚽️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⚽️ 😊for those that like watching it.  Sorry for our members who support Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿☹️ especially Eunice and Allan who are currently on holiday in Scotland.

We do have a birthday this week it is Keith Henry on Friday 25th June  and hopefully we can all sing to him tomorrow.  


Keith and is beautiful daughter Rebecca hope you have a great day.  



AGM TIME

It is nearly AGM time and again this year it will be on ZOOM.  It will be held on 22nd July 2021.  Myself Chairman, Eric Gerrey Secretary, Sharon Thomas Treasurer, Natalie Heppel Vice Chairman and Committee Members Margaret Ballard, Jerry Gamble, Maureen Pay, Louise Staniforth, Sarah Turl have all said that they are happy to stay on the Committee for the next year.

The Music Committee consisting of Tony Jardine Music Librarian, Hilary Green Sop Rep, Maggie Jacobs Alto Rep, Percy Knight Tenor Rep, Eric Gerrey Bass Rep and Secretary are the Music Committee along with Lillian Sediles and Chris Allison.  So far Percy Eric  and Maggie have confirmed that they would stay on the Committee. 

If anyone else would like to nominate a candidate for any of the above roles they must have the approval of the nominee and be seconded. Please send via email  to chairman@newmusicmakers.com

Nominations will close at the end of the rehearsal on the 8th July.

More reports and details  of the AGM will be sent out before the 22nd June for you to read and any questions or points should be sent prior to the zoom meeting.

Thanks to those that have replied to my email regarding singing outside tomorrow 🤞.  All of the rules still apply so remember the 2 meter rule and no mingling or hugging.  If you need reminding of all of the rules please check through past emails on the members page on the New Music Makes website.  Any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

It was a shame that last week we had to cancel the outside session due to the bad weather.  We will try again this week and keep our fingers and everything else crossed that we can go ahead. Thank You Natalie for letting us use your garden again.
